Bereavement
was pondering over a weird dream I had
it was of a Chinese Funeral Setting
but...
there's no casket present in the tentage
when I asked why...
was told that the casket is still far away
will be placed upstair in the house
initially brushed the dream aside
cos I've just blogged over my Paternal Grandpa's death
hence the effect of the dream
the following is a tribute to my Maternal Grandpa...
however...
I had just been informed by my aunt that...
my Maternal Grandpa has passed away...
THIS MORNING !
I practically stoned..
well..
I've not seen my Maternal Grandpa > thrice
the last time I've seen him was I think..
10 years back?
let me explain why it's so..
my mum's a Thai
personally, I dislike travelling oversea much
secondary
I've not accompanied my Mum back for ages!
plus.. given the situation at home
which explains why the lack of 'communications'
My Dad has just applied for Urgent Leave
I guess the same applies for my Mum
they'll be flying over to Bangkok tomorrow
couldn't get today's flight
according to Chinese Custom
as the Eldest Grandson
I've to be present at the funeral as well
however, it's not possible for me to do so
I've another O's paper on Tues
though I've to admit that I'm not close to them
but I feel that it's still a matter of paying respect
another sad thing about it is
he's not Christian either
I can only pray for him
it's about time for me to bring my family to Christ
but haven't been successful
but I believe Prayer will change everything
so in GOD I trust
